Why Dedicate?

To start off: why am I calling this ‘dedicate nutrition’ ?


Whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle, have more consistent eating habits, improve your relationship with food, etc. it all takes TIME. 🕰


The more consistent you are the less time it will take.


Some things you can do to ‘speed up’ time include:

- hire a coach to guide you in the right direction 🙋🏻‍♀️

- surround yourself with people who encourage you and motivate you 👯‍♀️

- create small goals or focus points for each day or each week to use as stepping stones for change 👍🏼

- be CONSISTENT not PERFECT ☑️
