💦 WATER 💦


There are several reasons water is important for weight loss and every day life:


1. Hydration

2. Transportation of vitamins/minerals/materials in the body

3. Cushions the joints/muscles

4. Keeps the body ‘clean’ and helps normal processes function properly


Ideally, you should be consuming 1oz. of water per kg of body weight PLUS an additional 16-20oz. per hour of exercise.


I always carry a water bottle with me and make sure I refill it at least 4-5 per day !
