Anyone else crave comfort food on snowy days??
For our meal prep this week I took a 4lb top sirloin roast, cut it into smaller pieces with 2 Lipton onion soup packets mixed with one can of lower sodium cream of mushroom soup and one cup of water.
Left it to cook all day on low for 8 hours and BOOM, delicious dinners for the week are done!
Now I can use this beef on sandwiches, in wraps, or in my skillet meals the remainder of the week. Or I can just continue to eat it as is because it’s so dang good.
