I get questions all the time on what are some of my favorite Costco items so I figured it was time to make a post about it. We try to go to Costco every 3-4 weeks AT MOST.
I love Costco but it's definitely one of those stores where you think "I hate when I go out in the public and the public is there."
We do not get all of these things every time we go, but here is a list of the favorites:
Protein
Organic chicken thighs*
Pork tenderloin
Ground bison or organic ground beef
Wild caught salmon
Amylu chicken sausage (any flavor)
Eggs/egg whites*
Just Bare chicken nuggets
Thinly sliced beef
Sirloin steaks
Archer farms grass-fed jerky sticks
Greek yogurt*
'Naturals' brand turkey lunchmeat
Pork Shoulder/Ribs/Beef Brisket we have a smoker so we get these on occasion to smoke*
Carbs
Little Potatoes
Siete Foods Tortilla Chips
Dried Mango/Raisins
Oatmeal
Heavenly Hunks
Kirkland brand tortillini
Kodiak Cakes
Fats
Wholly Guacamole
Hannah's tzatziki dip
Kirkland brand fresh mozzarella slices (the BEST on homemade pizza)
String cheese*
Hazelnuts*
Fruit/Vegetables
Frozen wild picked blueberries*
Frozen Vegetable Melange mix (peppers, onion, brussel sprouts, mushrooms)
Bell Peppers
Bananas
Non-frozen berries
*this varies a lot depending on what looks good*
Misc.
Kinder's brand seasonings
Stubbs BBQ sauce
Primal kitchen Buffalo sauce
Rao's Marinara Sauce
Pickles
*these items are things we get every time we go, the rest depends on what we already have in the house*
We typically get a lot of our other carb sources from Aldi or Meijer. Bulk carb sources (like rice and pasta) take up so much space so we usually just get those in smaller portions.
Hope this helps give you some grocery variety !
