Now this is not necessarily a 'healthy' banana bread recipe, however, it isn't terrible and works really well if you're having a sweet tooth or need a little snack before workouts!
Ingredients
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 overripe bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 2/3 cups flour
1/3 cup milk of choice
Mix together softened butter, sugar, and mashed bananas. Add eggs. Add in baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix in flour and then add in milk. Pour mixture into a loaf pan. Bake at 350* for 55-60 minutes or until center comes out clean.
Macros per slice: 9f 38c 5p (for 8 slices), 7f 30c 3p (for 10 slices)
