Recipe: Overnight Oats

This is one of the most underrated breakfast prep IMO. You can prep 3-4 days in advance, then keep them in their fridge and eat them hot or cold on your way out the door the next morning. The combination of fiber, fats, and protein will help keep you feeling full until lunch!
