Another easy and more 'fun' protein recipe to throw into the mix! This isn't necessarily great for a full weeks worth of meals but is fairly simple to throw together on any given night.
Ingredients
8 chicken tenderloins
1/2 cup pretzels (I use the honey mustard ones), crushed
1 egg, beaten
2T flour
Salt and pepper to salt
Mix flour and pretzel crumbs together. Dry the chicken tenders then lightly salt and pepper them. Dip the chicken into the egg and then coat with the pretzel/flour mixture.
Airfry at 350° for 12 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temp of 160°.
Serve with more honey mustard.
