Recipe: AirFryer Meatballs

Updated: Feb 22, 2023

These work really well when prepping for the work week!

I've used this same recipe with ground beef, venison, and ground turkey and all of them have turned out great!

I'll add these to pasta, make meatball subs, or just cut them up and add them to a bowl with potatoes and some sort of vegetable.

Ingredients

2lbs ground beef (or turkey or venison)

1 small onion, chopped

2 servings (1/2 cup) mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup marinara sauce (I used Rao's tomato basil sauce)

1/2 cup quick oats

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together then measure out mixture into 1.5oz balls. Place in airfryer and cook at 375° for 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°. (For bulk prep I'll get them to 150-155 and reheat them fully before eating them throughout the week).

Makes approximately 30 meatballs. Macros per 1.5oz serving: 3f 2c 7p
